Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Unless otherwise specified, orders will typically be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays). Orders are typically processed out of China. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are currently shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, major European countries, Singapore, and Australia. Where available, we offer the following shipping options.

If you have previously shopped with us, the shipping method we use now is the 'Slow Shipping' method that you may be familiar with.
 

1) Country Specific Shipping: When checking out you will see your own country specific shipping rates. We have most of the major countries of our regular customers and also just in the world available to ship to. As we process most of our parcels out of China directly, the shipping fees can be expensive. The time for delivery you will see on check out will say 2-12 weeks but in most cases your parcel will arrive within 3 weeks. We have even had some customers parcels arrive within 7 days from shipping using this method. The timing for delivery isn't predictable which is why we give such a wide span of time. This is the cheapest method of shipping for us, and the cheapest method of shipping for you when shopping with us. 

Shipping times are best estimates, and may potentially be delayed due to cargo capacity limitations beyond our control. Before we ship we will fill out extensive paperwork for customs, as the shipping routine goes as follows: We drop off your parcel at our local post office, it will then go to Chinese customs. It will then pass customs and depart for your country. It will then arrive in your countries customs. After it processes there, it will arrive to you.

Due to all the checks at customs the parcel must make, we DO NOT offer sealed cases of Booster Boxes, as customs will most likely open this to see the contents inside. 95% of the time your package will get through customs with no extra charges and be delivered to you. Occasionally for reasons out of our control you may be contacted to pay extra customs fees, depending on your country.

Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for paying any potential import duties & taxes.
 

We offer standard, tracked shipping via China Post. Shipping costs will be charged based on package weight and you will receive an updated tracking number when it has been shipped.
